I was quite interested in high end Tenyo as there are some effects that they do which are great but, because of the plastic build, come across as toys.
However I am not sure “Aloominum” as you Americans call it, is much of a better substiture – isn’t one of the cheapest metals around. Brass or wood would have been my choice.
Whats interesting is that the Tenyo topic on the Cafe hasn’t exactly been awash with comments, even from the sycophants since Steve announced a $100 price tag – ouch !!!
Comment made on August 12th, 2009 at 2:08 pmI think what Brooks was talking about is the industrial strength aluminum as opposed to the stuff they make soda cans from. Joe Porpers Strong Box is made from aluminum and it is heavy!
